Arrival is after 3pm, collect the keys from Haven Reception and departure by 10.00am prompt so that the Lodge can be professionally cleaned ready for the next guest.

We reserve the right to cancel the reservation due to unforseen circumstances although this has never happened in the last 10 years we have been letting. If you need to cancel your booking we will refund your full money if the lodge is re-let for the same amount, which means we need as much notice as possible. If we cannot relet the Lodge we reserve the right to withhold part of your payment, or you can change to another available date. In the last 10 years we have only once had to retain part of a booking fee as cancellation was at short notice.
